Customer Complaint Case Studies
Recently, I was interviewed for a role in client advocacy at Scotiabank. I was presented with three case studies to evaluate and provide a resolution to each of them. Through rigorous research, I learned a lot about the business and the role I’d play in shaping the future of banking for customers. During the interview, I presented my findings and next steps to resolve the customer complaints by dividing the content into three key themes and takeaways for the team. The team was flattered with my presentation and despite not getting the role in the end I am proud of the work I presented. I’ve been a client advocate across for many years working in hospitality, tourism, and banking. The opportunity grounded me to my values and beliefs, and challenged my ability and assumptions about the world. I can’t wait for the next opportunity that comes up!
