Learning a new platform or website can be a daunting experience. I developed an online resource centre filled with user guides, training videos, and tutorial exercises to help bank employees navigate data platforms and speed up onboarding time by 50%.

It’s easy to lose track of your work when there are competing priorities coming from different angles. I collaborated with business teams across Scotiabank to launch an online ticketing system to help employees follow, tag, and comment on their requests using Microsoft Lists.
